Returns & Refunds Policy
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Items must be returned via a trackable shipping method.
Please note:

Personalized or custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@anasasmat.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Ship the item back to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company or bank—there may be a processing delay.
